Avoid Re-activation of Windows XP (on same machine)

This tip is useful if you plan to reinstall your machine (XP) without reactivate it.
  1. Backup the file called "WPA.DBL", located in %systemroot%\system32 folder.
  2. Reinstall your XP, but decline the activation.
  3. Restore the WPA.DBL file to the same location.
