UserAgent in FireFox

Today I just learnt that it is very easy to modify the user agent (UA) string in my Firefox browser.

  1. At the address bar, type: about:config
  2. Click the button "Accept the Risk and Continue"
  3. At the "Search preference name" bar, type: general.useragent.override
  4. Click at String and follow by "+"
  5. Type in any string that you prefer.
  6. Done.
