Just download Network Activity Indicator, and install it, you should see a new network connection tray icon. Right click it to choose the "Settings", and you can set the following if you want:
- Display (blink) TCP/UDP/ICMP traffic.
- Use Vista style icon.
- Load at Windows Startup.
